Interactive Art Installation Using Motion-Tracking and Arduinos

I created an interactive art installation that uses motion-tracking cameras to control a ball in a sandbox. Users wear small hats with reflective markers and participate in different games that require them to coordinate to achieve a common (or adversarial) goal. The motivation behind the project came from the idea of visualizing competing interests

For the project, I had to find a way to directly transfer and ingest information from the motion capture cameras surrounding the room into the Arduino platform that controlled the ball. You can find more technical details on the Github page.
